Are you a Customer Support Manager join an innovative start-up as they plan to scale and launch their unique, first of its kind product to market? La Fosse Associates are currently partnering with this business to recruit an innovate and motivated individual to join customer team.
The Role
The customer support function is relatively new and they are looking for someone that has either setup and run these types of teams before or someone that has been in a senior support role for a long time that wants to progress into a management role.

The company is an energy tech start-up that is building a first of its kind software in order to achieve their mission of delivering clean energy for all. They operate with a hybrid working environment, with offices based in central London.
Salary and Benefits
