We are looking for an exceptionally bright, hardworking, and able data analyst to join our growing team.

There will be a high level of responsibility from the outset and the successful candidate will work across our London and regional offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Analyse legal data, identify patterns, and extract meaningful conclusions to support legal strategies and decision-making.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and develop effective data collection and management processes.
  • Lawyer Support: Respond to enquiries and requests from fee-earners in relation to case requirements and client data.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement automated solutions and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in data analysis.
  • Trend Monitoring: Monitor and assess trends and patterns in legal data, providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Create presentations and reports for legal team, translating complex legal data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Data Modelling: Design and build data models to interpret patterns and trends.
  • Data Integrity: Track changes to legal data and assess the impact on reporting and analysis. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by conducting quality checks and collaborating with relevant teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: At least a 2.1 Bachelor's degree in law, data science, statistics, mathematics or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a legal environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis software and databases including PowerBI, SQL, Python, and Excel. Experience using Salesforce/Litify desirable but not essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and research skills. Ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively convey data insights to wider firm.
