Job Title: Depot Manager Salary: £40,0000 - £50,000 + Company Vehicle Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday Location: Bodmin, Cornwall About your new company: A successful Machinery Dealership based near Bodmin is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to join their growing team.

About your new Depot Manager role:

Guaranteeing a best-in-industry service for customers and clients
The day-to-day smooth running depot operation
Managing absence, rotas and holidays for the Depot Service staff
Understanding and managing customers' expectations whilst delivering excellent customer service.
Support customers telephone and/or counter enquiries for parts/sales/service
Opening and closing of the depot on a daily basis

What you’ll need to succeed:

A proven track record as a Depot Manager in agricultural, turf, commercial or heavy plant industry
Ideally have a background as a Manager on agriculture, construction or plant machinery.
A proven track record of guiding a team to success
A full, valid driving licence
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure is essential.
