I am seeking an experienced fully supernumerary Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager, for a beautiful home near Martlesham, Suffolk.

This opportunity is at a new, 53 bedded, Dementia Nursing and Residential Care home with a luxury care provider that has been established for over 30 years and has a fantastic reputation within the industry.

Clinical Lead/Deputy Requirements:Must have experience as a Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager within a Nursing HomeQualified nurse with an active pin (Essential)Have a ‘can do’ attitude and take responsibilityLead by example and have a willingness to be hands-onWillingness to cover and help the team in absence of nursesGood IT skills are desirableBenefits:£43,00036 hours per weekExtremely supportive team that work towards the same goalsExcellent opportunities for progression within the companyEstablished company for over 35 years28 days annual leave + NEST pension"Good" rated home aiming for "Outstanding"If you are interested in the above position please apply, or for more information contact Anthony at Domus Recruitment.
