A central London based national construction consultancy with a large, well-established Development Monitoring team seek a Surveyor to join them.

This company are present on a very high number of funders panels, as well as having a significant number of developer, and investor clients.

They seek a surveyor with previous monitoring experience, and a good understanding of the service line to enable you to take on a workload and hit the ground running.

They will also consider a Quantity Surveyor that has an interest in forging their career into this area.

Because of their presence on a large number of panels and their large workload, the opportunity exists to earn a very good fee income, and a significant bonus on top of your base salary.

Due to the nature of the work, a high degree of flexibility is also on offer.
