Job DescriptionFrasers Group is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Duty Manager to play a crucial role in our dynamic hospitality team, you will be instrumental in delivering great customer service, team motivation, adhering to the highest levels of cleanliness and promoting the company values.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel
- Personally deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure quality standards are met consistently by team members
- Assist teams across all departments to ensure delivery of exceptional guest service
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and promote safe working practices
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong organisational andteam leadership skills
- Effective communication skills to interact with teams, stakeholders & external suppliers
- A proactiveandadaptable approach to a dynamic work environment
