Position: Permanent Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Permanent Recruiter to join our dedicated team and help us connect exceptional education professionals with exciting career opportunities.

This is an exciting role for an ambitious individual who is passionate about recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with top talent in the education sector through various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other education institutions to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for various education roles, ensuring a high-quality match between candidate skills and client requirements
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating placements
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in education legislation to provide informed advice and guidance to clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset
• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• A genuine passion for education and making a positive impact in the lives of students and educators
