Insight Global is looking for an Maintenance Shift Engineer to join one of the largest Utilities and facilities organisations in the UK for a full-time opportunity .
This role is based in Isleworth, Middlesex.
The chosen candidate will be deployed on shifts tackling various facility focused maintenance and reactive tasks primarily electrical bias tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining lighting, sock damage, routine maintenance, power, drainage, and leaks etc as well as planned preventative maintenance.
- Participate in writing up shift reports for handover to the next shift team.
- The shift engineer will also be interacting with various internal stakeholders across the organization.
Targeting the following skillsets:
- Experience as a shift engineer/maintenance engineer.
- Previous experience working with Low Voltage.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance field (or equivalent other qualification recognised by CITB/EITB/JIB) and 18th Edition Regs
- Experience in dealing with all types of electrical installation work, within the services sector i.e. sock damage, power outage
- Experience working on various facility maintenance and reactive tasks (such as drainage, leaks, fire alarms, sprinklers etc.)
- IEE 18th Edition Regulations - if have 17 can put on a course
