Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 Hours per week
Location: Greenwich

We are looking to recruit a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Greenwich Schools. This is full-time working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be required to cover a number of schools area for which you will be provided with a company van.
The Purpose of this job role is to work with the Hard Service’s team to ensure that the M&E Facilities Management service agreement undertaken by G4S for their Client (Greenwich Schools PFI) is of the standards required and expected as outlined within the contract terms. To assist the SSMT in providing a high level of expertise within the contract at Greenwich, Adherence to company policy and procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Essential Criteria:
NVQ/ City & Guilds or equivalent within the building/maintenance industry with regards to Electrical Maintenance.
Must have the BS7671 18th Edition wiring regulations.
Must have a good understanding of the electrical wiring of commercial boilers, Pressurization systems, HVAC.
Have 5 years experience within the building/maintenance industry.
Full Driving LIncense
Desirable Criteria:
Experience within PFI school contracts
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to use Chrome, Google and email
Legionella Awareness.
Asbestos awareness.
