• design and coordinate digital assets for Superdrug’s email campaigns
• and design other digital content and communications for Superdrug
• traffic to Superdrug.com is maximised via our eCRM programme
• closely with the CRM team to ensure that all creative and campaigns committed to can be delivered to a high standard on a timely basis
• that all internal and external clients are serviced to a consistently high standard
• to brand guidelines and understand how they can be used appropriately across different digital channels
• up to date with the latest design industry trends
• email best practice

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• least 3 years proven experience in a similar mid-weight email or digital design role, preferably within the Health & Beauty industry
• creative and innovative character, ideally with an interest in the Health & Beauty industry
• knowledge of HTML for email creation
• in working with Email build platforms such as Taxi and
• is desirable
• a good understanding of email client constraints, browsers, and accessibility guidelines
• fluent with Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Photoshop,
• Illustrator, Acrobat and InDesign
• understanding and appreciation of design fundamentals such as type, colour, layout and imagery creation/optimisation
• ability to deliver high-quality work to tight timescales.
• and ability to take ownership of technical skills development
• with strong initiative and ability to demonstrate customer and brand empathy
• for FMCG marketing
• strong portfolio which showcases a variety of digital design work

Hours : 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
