They are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join the team to oversee a team of 11 engineers within design.This role would suit an individual with strong management experience within the manufacturing/engineering sector looking for an exciting but challenging role within a well established business.The Role:Reporting directly to the MD, managing a team of 11 engineers within design to ensure that work is up to quality standards, within the specified timeframes and within budget.Implement lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, continuous improvementWork with multidisciplinary teams such as manufacturing, sales7:30 to 4pm Monday to Friday, potential for car allowance package for someone travelling further afield The Person:Experience Engineering ManagerBackground or knowledge of Design engineeringStrong people management with excellent communication and leadership skillsProven experience of driving a good team work culture, implementing continuous improvement Reference Number.
