Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead and manage our engineering team in Slough. The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance of the data centre's critical infrastructure, supervise maintenance tasks, and be responsible for team training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering team.
- Ensure all engineering operations align with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate routine maintenance, system upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data centre efficiency and reliability.
- Implement and manage training and development plans for the engineering team.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within an engineering or data centre environment.
- Solid understanding of data centre infrastructure and operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
