ERP Support Analyst | Abingdon | Hybrid available | £45,000pa - £60,000pa plus benefits:

A pioneering high-tech manufacturer who operates on global scale is looking to recruit an ERP Support Analyst to offer top-tier application and systems support for their enterprise applications used within manufacturing and engineering teams.

On a day-to-day basis, the ERP Support Analyst will provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line functional systems support to their enterprise applications, with a focus on engineering-based processes. You'll use your technical expertise from either mechanical or electrical engineering to address routine tasks and contribute to project-related activities, advocating for an "Automate First" approach to enhance efficiency.

Your ERP Support Analyst role will involve promptly prioritising, troubleshooting, and resolving support issues. By engaging with users, you will address queries and concerns related to our systems. Collaboration will be central to your responsibilities as you liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear communication about issue progress and resolutions.

About you:

• Ideally degree educated either with an Engineering or Science qualification
• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment (any considered)
• Experience of supporting Enterprise Applications in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Ideally some knowledge around mechanical or electrical engineering
• Any experience of traditional desktop support will enhance your application
• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
