We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Events Executive to join the founding location of the 67 Pall Mall Members’ Club, located in the heart of London’s St.

James’s.

67 Pall Mall is a Private Members’ Club, founded by wine lovers, for wine lovers, and is home to the finest wine list in the world.

At 67 Pall Mall our Events team are a key element to our overall Members experience.

We are seeking a vibrant individual to join our Events team on a full-time basis.

This is an opportunity to work at one of the premier Members Clubs in the world.

The hours for this role are 9-6pm Monday-Friday, however as this is an Events based role, your attendance at events outside of these hours can be required from time-to-time.

 

ABOUT 67 PALL MALL

With 5,000+ wines representing 52 countries, with 1,200 available by-the-glass, the award-winning 67 Pall Mall is the home of fine wine.

The Club boasts a 19-strong sommelier team, many of whom are winners of several international competitions and elected #1 sommeliers in London.

Members benefit from the low-margin wine list and can store their own wines at the Club in our original 1930s bank vault.

They also have access to an impressive events calendar, and much more.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-       Managing bookings in our private events spaces

-       Preparing relevant function sheets for all bookings

-       Preparing weekly breakdown of the following week’s events

-       Updating the wider team on any changes in ticket sales, actioning/implementing any changes that need to be made to accommodate this

-       Adding and removing events from events website page as appropriate

-       Uploading products to the website and webpage as appropriate

-       Management of the events inbox, responding accordingly

-       Management of our Events notice board alongside our marketing team

-       Management of Music Sundays and Kids Sundays

-       Continually researching other Clubs/similar venues activities, helping to forward plan and pitch ideas to the team

-       Assisting with external events, such as our annual Summer party

-       Keeping on top of key dates/sporting events and the marketing calendar, i.

e.

World Cup, Wimbledon, Fathers/Mother’s day, English wine week etc

-       Keeping updated stock of paper and ink in the office and reordering when necessary

-       Assisting Head of Events with all tasks allocated

-       Assisting Events Planner and covering where necessary
