Role Overview:As a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting young learners in their early educational journey.

Working closely with classroom educators, you will assist in providing intimate and personal care for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities: * Provide invaluable support to the classroom teacher, assisting with various tasks and activities to enhance the learning experience for children in EYFS.

* Offer intimate and personal care, including nappy changes, to ensure the comfort and hygiene of young learners.

* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and interactions.

* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the individual needs of each child, ensuring a holistic approach to their growth and learning.

* Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere, encouraging children's participation and enthusiasm in their educational journey.

Qualifications and Skills: * Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

* Demonstrated expertise in providing intimate and personal care, including experience with nappy changes.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.

* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of young learners.

Location and Hours:Located in Finchley, our school offers convenient access to public transportation links via Tube and Bus routes.

This full-time position operates from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, providing ample opportunities to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
