Flight and accommodation management for company personnel
Car rentals
Reception and registration of invoices and proforma invoices.
Monthly review of supplier balances.
Keeping the Contracts Excel with suppliers up to date.
Resolution of conflicts with suppliers.
Control of Employees' Fuel Sheets.
Job requirements
Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel.
Fluency in Spanish will be a plus.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure
