Finance Assistant in Ringwood

Our Ringwood, Hampshire client has appointed CMA Recruitment Group to select candidates for their Finance Assistant requirement. 

This newly created position is to join their close knit finance team on a permanent basis.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

High volume reconciliation, reconciling card receipts and ensure monies are accounted for;Analyse and reconcile daily, working closely with senior management providing cashflow reports;Review aged debtors reports and chasing for over due monies and updating customer accounts;Taking payments over the phone;Updating customer accounts.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant  vacancy:Confident excel user with the ability to handle large volumes of data with puling through reports and formatting;Practical knowledge of transactional finance including processing, reconciliations and journal entries;Confident systems user, including accountancy packages such as Sage and Excel;You will have a keenness to develop, certain of your career path in accountancy and finance.

Additional benefits and information for the role of Finance Assistant: Finance Assistant role is paying between £25,000 - £30,000;23 days’ holiday plus banks, additional benefits include onsite parking;37.

5-hour week to be based in the office with an opportunity for some home working if required;Hybrid working, able to work from home 2 days a week after initial training period.
