Financial Controller in Gloucestershire

Moon Executive Search is delighted to have been retained by our client, a leading and well-established manufacturing business based in Gloucestershire with national reach, to identify a Financial Controller to work closely with the Managing Director.

Briefly, our award-winning client continues to develop their sustainability credentials and this role will support the Group’s growth via its people, technological processes, and commercial decision-making.

This role will oversee the financial activities of the group, including financial planning and analysis and provide strategic financial guidance to the organisation.

In addition, the Financial Controller has overall responsibility for IT systems, supported by external contractors.

This role will suit an individual who enjoys being hands-on but also inputting into strategic decision-making.

This is a senior level position with responsibility and autonomy so ideally you will have proven previous experience in a senior finance position or be ready to take the next step in your career.
