The Role:

As a Financial Promotions Officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and approving all promotional and advertising materials used by 2plan Financial Advisers.

This encompasses a broad range of products including Investments, Pensions, Protection, Mortgages, and General Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing various advertising and promotional materials such as stationery, business cards, and websites.
  • the financial promotions for 2plan advisers, including newsletters, online applications, and social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
  • all communications comply with regulatory standards.
  • professional relationships both internally and with external stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:

  • minimum of 2 years experience in a financial services organisation, ideally with a Level 4 Diploma or working towards.
  • knowledge of COBS, ICOB, and MCOB regulations, marketing rules, TCF, Data Protection, FCA, and Anti Money Laundering requirements.
  • organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
