GTS Group are delighted to bring to the market an Firmware Engineer role working with one of our fantastic customers in the Birmingham area.
You will be joining them at a very exciting phase of development and growth and will have a real impact on the white-paper design of the next generation of their product which is used all over the UK and soon the world.
This business operates a hybrid working model where you can split your time between home-working and office working in their SW Birmingham office.
The Firmware Engineer will ideally be experienced with as many of the following as possible...
- Embedded C / C++
- FreeRTOS
- CANBUS/MODBUS
- Electrical power systems
- Liaising with Control systems engineers
- Cradle-to-grave design of new products
- Familiar with hardware design
- Ideally a member of a professional engineering society
