Fleet Administrator

Milton Keynes

Temporary to Permanent

You will be office based for the first 8 weeks, the role will then become hybrid working 2 days in the office and 3 from home each week.

Hours 09:00 - 17.30 (17.00 finish on a Friday)

Hourly rate £14.03 per hour

Salary equivalent £27,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a team of 11 experienced individuals. The team are a highly motivated and stable team who are looking for someone who is hard working with great attention to detail. You will be supporting the Operations team with a variety of different admin tasks. This is a varied role with a supporting team to learn from.

The role

  • Daily and monthly reporting.
  • Support with the admin for the Company Car Fleet.
  • Travel requests across the company for flights, car hire and hotel bookings.
  • Process mass market orders.
  • Support with stock movement and stock reconciliation.
  • Credit card monthly reconciliation.
  • Staff expenses.
  • First point of contact to visitors.

The person

  • You must have great attention to detail.
  • Basic Excel experience.
  • Must have excellent written English.
  • Ability to work across various systems.
  • Ideally you will have Admin experience.
  • Must be a team player.
