We're currently undergoing a comprehensive, multimillion pound refurbishment at Milford, designed to revamp every facet of the establishment. Our aim is to enhance the luxury of the guest rooms and introducing new, plush communal areas, including a modern bar, restaurant, and event spaces, that both guests and the local community can enjoy.

As we prepare for the grand reopening of the hotel and its brand-new restaurant and bar facilities, we are on the lookout for a dynamic, dedicated, and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to add to our senior team.
This role presents a thrilling opportunity for a proactive, hands-on manager accustomed to thriving in high-pressure environments and eager to set and achieve new standards in service and staff training.
This position aims to elevate our offerings and customer experience to become the best in the local area.
The successful candidate will join the Hotel Duty Management team, reporting directly to the General Manager, and play a crucial role in this exhilarating phase of the hotel's journey.
