Togather started life as Feast It, in 2017, as a booking platform for people to book street food caterers for their birthday parties and weddings. Since then, we have grown to become the UK's biggest events platform as Togather for food, drink, venues, photographers and so much more. We're here to help people make amazing memories on some of the biggest and best days of their lives. Whether they're planning the whole-company summer party, hosting an epic dinner party, or running an entire festival, we can - and do - help with all of it.None of this would be possible without our amazing community of partners, who we handpick from across the country. We've worked with everyone from Amazon, Nike, and London Pride, to Tom Cruise, Star Wars, and Taylor Swift. Within the office, we recently came #7 in the Startups 100 Awards and have been named in the top 15 in Tempo's 50 Best Places To Work. Our team truly love and care about what they do, which makes working here that much easier. The Roles:We're interested in hearing from recent graduates who are looking for a role in either Sales, Events or CS within the events, hospitality and tech space.Getting into the industry can often be hard and opportunities to kick start your career can often be far and few between. We are a growing business and are looking to hire a couple of roles across our Sales, Events & CS departments.Sales:Our Sales team are at the forefront of the business, taking inbound calls from enquiring B2B & B2C customers, looking to book their events through Togather's platform. They support our customers through their journey with us, from matching them with our best suppliers, to cross selling multiple verticals and helping them build their dream event, whether that's their birthday party, their work summer party or feeding the set of HBO's Game of Thrones. They're a commercially driven and fast-moving bunch, taking over 40 calls a day and working to ambitious sales targets to keep the business moving forwards.Events:Come rain, shine, gailforce winds & train strikes - our events team gets stuck in and down and dirty on-site to pull of the biggest events the UK has seen. They help build the food & drink line ups for our public event partners (think Gala, Krankbrother in Finsbury Park, RHS flower shows, Great North Run, RIAT, Boiler Room & more), load them in, manage them on-site and load out, support with whatever they may need onsite and work closely with our Partnerships team to help deliver our client's events to the best possible standard. They're a hard working group, who think nothing of working late into the night or weekends on site, to deliver a 10/10 experience for music festival goers all over the country.Customer Success:Our Customer Success team can solve all your problems. Well maybe not all, but they can definitely turn your frown upside down and be chief glue of all the depts to help keep everything ticking along without a hitch. These guys are absolute heroes, our internal teams and customers rely on them to be the calm, collected & resourceful types they can lean on in times of need.Catch them on the phone and web chat whenever you need, making sure we can our customers happy!RequirementsWe're not looking for experience here, but we are looking for a genuine interest in the industry. You don't need to have attended university either, if you have decided to gain life experience in the events space then great, we're still interested in hearing from you. We'd expect you to have already made effort to gain some more knowledge of the role you're looking for, whether thats been a part time job, volunteering, internships or work experience etc as well as to have thoroughly researched your chose path.Start-up work is hard but rewarding, we will support with training and onboarding, but you will need to be resourceful, open to learning & feedback and genuinely passionate about what you do.Benefits
