Fidarsi are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a boutique Investment Manager who are looking to hire a Head of HR for London, as well as be responsible for HR oversight in the US and LatAm offices.

This is a standalone role with the opportunity to scale as the business grows.

Due to a small but growing London headcount, everyone is in the London City office 5 days a week.

This is a full-time position paying c£130k, the exact compensation may vary based on experience, and is fully office based.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• HR strategy and delivery for full employee lifecycle
• Handling all ER queries
• Providing coaching advice to line managers on all employee matters
• Recruitment and Selection through to successful employee onboarding
• Advising and negotiating market compensation for new hires, including benchmarking
• Performance management and offboarding
• Monthly review and sign-off of Payroll
• Producing Joiners/Leaves/transfers reports for Executive Committee and the Board of Directors
• Maintaining Succession Plan and responsible for all learning and development of employees
• Delivering a market competitive benefits programme
• Annual SMCR checks – criminal record and credit checks – for all employees
• Annual review of HR policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant with UK regulation and market competitive
• Supervising disciplinary and grievance proceedings
• Co-ordinating annual appraisals and KPIs setting cycles
• Co-ordinating annual salary review and bonus awards

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Proven HR experience within Financial Services
• Experience of working within a fast-paced but also greenfield environment.
• Ability to prioritise and work independently
• CIPD qualified.
