Norman Broadbent PLC, a leader in executive search with an established industrials practice, is delighted to be partnering with a major industrial business in the North of England to appoint two Heads of Operations / Operations Directors. The business has some of the most complex industrial manufacturing facilities in the region, as well as a £multi-billion capital programme to execute over the coming years.
We are supporting the business as part of a strategic long-term succession plan that will set the tone for continuous improvement, transformational change (including people and cultural change as well as business, process and technology) and value for the organisation through a variety of innovative projects and programmes.
The successful candidates will lead, direct, and develop one of the business units in order to ensure safe and secure daily operations, meet agreed delivery targets, collaborate with the wider business to drive overall business performance, and maximise value for key stakeholders.
