Head of Sales and Marketing – Leisure

Salary;                  £55,000 - £65,000

I am working with an exciting competitive socialising brand with multiple sites across the UK looking for a Northwest based Sales and Marketing candidate with experience managing teams and strong CRM experience.

The Role:

• Develop and manage integrated marketing plans to support the promotion of the centres, products and services.
• Grow and maintain a strong brand and profile, including the delivery of a consistent brand across multiple channels.
• Develop audience strategies to ensure the brand talks to more people, more often.
• Driving the provision of market information and insight including brand reputation, sentiment and coverage
• Collating and analysing current communications and messages and ensuring consistency.
• Manage internal and External stakeholders.
• Creating and deploying marketing plans that drive bottom line results.
• Budget management across a portfolio of products
• The use of web content management systems (CMS)
• The use of social media, email marketing, web analytics and CRM platforms
• Data-orientated approach with excellent attention to detail

What you need…..

• Broad all-round Marketing experience
• Commercial acumen with experience in a Hospitality or leisure environment.
• Strong leadership and management experience
• Data-orientated approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organized, analytical mind and an ability to multitask at speed.
• Articulate with excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Solid CRM experience
• Ability to manage objections and conflicts in an effective way.
• Work with the team - to ensure the strategy is delivered across all channels.
• Demonstrable experience in a broad range of Marketing disciplines.
