Our Healthcare Administrators are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of requests from customers who are seeking access to healthcare

Key responsibilities

  • Processing requests from customers seeking access to healthcare
  • Process referrals received in accordance with the contractual requirements
  • Be able to use case management system to process authorization requests. Be proficient in touch typing
  • Proficient user of the internal management systems
  • Proactively sourcing healthcare providers to support beneficiaries
  • Provide an empathetic service to the TRICARE beneficiaries
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patients and/or client information
  • Understand relevant TRICARE policies and apply those to confirm benefit cover
  • Sourcing appropriate healthcare provider for beneficiaries 

    • About you

  • Previous or current experience working in a customer service environment
  • High attention to detail is very important
  • Team player
  • You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Thrive in a process orientated environment
  • Passionate about customer service and care
