Higher Level Teaching Assistant. Location: Croydon, CR7 Payscale: £95-£120Duration: Long-term to Permanent. April 2024 Start. Are you a Qualified Higher-Level TA looking to kickstart a career in a friendly primary school environment? We are currently working alongside a primary school based in Croydon, London and we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working HLTA. This role is perfect for an individual committed to providing encouraging learning environments for children of all age groups in Primary education.As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:Help maintain a well-organised learning environment for children in primary education.Collaborate with the class teacher and deliver lessons in the absence of a teacher.Encouraging student interaction with the curriculum.Providing support in small groups and 1:1.About you: Level 4 TA qualification desirable.Ability to remain positive and patient in challenging situations.Have a genuine interest in Primary education.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Have previous experience working in a school. The client is committed to providing a high level of Primary education to all pupils allowing them to learn effectively and in positive environments!
