Gilbert Meher are delighted to be working with an National Care Provider, who are looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to join a nursing home based in Motherwell, South Lanarkshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a medium to large sized care home and overseeing turnaround, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
Job Title: Registered Care Home ManagerLocation: Motherwell, South LanarkshireSalary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annumKey Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the care homeEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulationsDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care providedRecruit, train, and manage staffEnsure the highest standards of care are provided to residentsManage budgets and financial performance of the homeRequirements:Proven experience in managing and turning around failing care homesStrong leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA nursing PIN is desirable but not essentialKnowledge of relevant legislation and regulationsAbility to manage budgets and financial performance of the homeWe offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum and the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents.
