The role
Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, the HR Administrator role at Soldo is pivotal to the success of the People Team. It is a diverse role that touches all areas of Human Resource activity, from managing the offer phase for the brilliant people hired to ensuring our new joiners feel as welcome as possible on day one.
Once the hiring phase is completed and new joiners have settled in, you will guide people to the right onboarding programmes, ensure the best training and smooth and positive new joiner experience You will also be responsible for administering the monthly payroll and all relevant activities for the UK and Ireland.
You will be part of a very dynamic and friendly team and you will be fully supported by colleagues based across different locations. As a trusted guide to our line managers and a first point of contact, you will get involved in all aspects of people activity across the business. This is a great role for an ambitious individual to develop into a strong HR generalist.
