Tunbridge Wells - hybrid working

Huntress is currently seeking an Administrator to support the HR team for our client. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a career in HR.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the administration process relating to the onboarding of new joiners and leavers
  • Handling telephone and e-mail enquiries received
  • Assisting with administration duties regarding salary reviews, bonus and appraisal processes
  • Preparing meeting agendas and taking notes as required
  • Preparing and responding to reference requests
  • Providing general administration support of the HR team

The ideal candidate:

  • Has administration experience
  • Wants a career in HR
  • Great organisation and personable skills
