Manchester City Centre – Office Based

£24,000-£25,000

I am currently working with a well-established property management company based in Manchester who are looking to add a HR Assistant to the HR function.

You will be working closely with the HR Manager as you deal with a variety of tasks.

This is a perfect role for someone who has 1-2 years of experience and is looking for a business that will allow you to develop as the business grows.

Offering a salary between £24,000-£25,000 as well as 25 days holiday + bank hols you will also have access to a number of wellbeing platforms.

Duties:

• Support with recruitment, including shortlisting and interviewing
• Onboarding checks, including references, Right to work and security checks
• Inductions and new starter support
• Processing leavers and conducting exit interviews
• Supporting internal and external requests related to the HR department and individuals employment
• Employee record maintenance
• Completing references and ad hoc letters
• Assisting with the development of internal strategies and improvements, including wellbeing and engagement
• Admin support with higher level HR duties and projects
• Payroll Support
• Overseeing the set up and completion of mandatory learning
• Employee of the month and length of service awards

Requirements:

• HR experience and qualifications desired but not essential
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Ability to manage own work load and time
• IT literate – experience of using in-house systems
