We are seeking a technically sound and people focused HR Business Partner for this medium size Trust, with ambitious growth plans.As HR Business Partner, you will work within a designated staff group, working closely with managers to build skills and expertise to embed a consistent approach to all people matters. You will deal effectively with a wide range of cases, providing advice, coaching and support across the Trust.Qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5, you will offer strong technical HR skills coupled with exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
