You'll provide HR support across the organisational group, collaborating closely with their Group HR Manager on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR processes.
They have a strong family atmosphere and aim to reflect this in the way they operate as an HR team.
As such, this is an office-based role, and you will need to have great people skills to support both the processes and people across the business.
