The Role

We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our small but mighty team for Sandstone UK. Our ultimate goal is to support the business by creating an amazing employee experience where people can grow, feel valued and do their best work every day. We do this by creating best in class people initiatives around learning and development and performance enablement.

  • Support the delivery and implementation of people related initiatives and projects to enhance engagement and culture
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the Sandstone UK office
  • Responsible for maintaining a satisfied and engaged group of key stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment of Sandstone employees
  • Establish and build strong relationships throughout the business
  • Positively consult to and influence key stakeholders on people related matters
  • Provide support and advice on technical matters with best practice and in accordance with legislation and policies
  • Drive innovation and look for opportunities to drive operational excellence into our culture, processes, and technologies.
  • This role is part-time 3 days per week

    About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or Psychology as well as sound experience working in Human Resources
  • Communication skills - both written and verbal are second to none
  • You are approachable, authentic and solutions focused attitude
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills and customer oriented with a focus to deliver to outcomes
  • Possesses a continuous improvement mindset and exceptional organisation skills and a positive can-do attitude
  • A no nonsense work ethic and a genuine desire to help others
