Role: Part-time HR Officer

Salary: £30,000 FTE

Location: Swillington

Job Purpose:

Join Client as an HR Officer, responsible for providing comprehensive HR advisory and administrative support. You'll ensure smooth HR operations, handle day-to-day queries, and maintain compliance with UK employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revise company policies and prepare HR documents
  • Manage absence
  • Provide reporting support and assist with payroll processes
  • Assist in recruitment processes and culture-building initiatives
  • Coordinate performance reviews and onboarding/offboarding
  • Communicate HR policies and drive improvements
  • Support employee health & wellbeing and diversity initiatives
  • Handle local HR audits and stay updated on employment law

    • Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in HR
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law
  • Experience in coaching and recruitment
  • Proactive team player with confidentiality skills
