Human Resources Business Partner in Birmingham

Hunter Adams are delighted to be working with an established organisation based near Birmingham going through a period of change.

They are looking for a talented and HR Business Partner on a contract basis for six months, supporting a period of change and transition.

Due to the requirements of the role, the successful candidate needs to be on-site five days a week.

This role will operate inside IR35.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
• Support on restructure processes including collective consultations
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company at all stages, including onboarding/induction
• Day to day activities including procedure/process review and development, stakeholder management and engagement/employee engagement

Requirements

• Strong organisation, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
• Strong employment law legislation
• Collaborative approach, with coaching abilities to support employee population through change
