They are dedicated to delivering top-tier products to their customers while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facilities.Position Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hygiene Manager to join the dynamic hygiene team. As the Hygiene Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our facility is audit-ready at all times and that all hygiene standards are meticulously maintained. You will lead and coordinate the hygiene team, driving continual improvement and ensuring compliance with BRC standards.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee all aspects of hygiene within the facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.* Coordinate and manage the hygiene team to ensure tasks are conducted efficiently and effectively.* Develop and maintain audit and hygiene schedules, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.* Lead the hygiene team in driving continual improvement initiatives to enhance hygiene practices and efficiency.* Ensure the site meets the rigorous requirements for BRC standards.* Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and uphold hygiene standards.* Monitor and manage hygiene-related documentation and records.Requirements:* Previous experience in a similar position within the FMCG industry is essential.* Proven track record of managing and leading a hygiene team effectively.* Strong understanding of hygiene standards, regulations, and best practices.* Experience with audit processes and compliance requirements.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.* Previous experience working with chilled product categories is preferred but not essential.Salary: £40,000-£45,000 (Dependent on experience)The ideal candidate will be working in a similar position within food production.
