Information Security Manager, Between £50,000-60,000, Hybrid South Manchester

Information Security Manager sought for a fast-growth and highly reputable tech company based in South Manchester. This is a nearly 10 year old organisation who have dominated their market working in the travel sector providing first class service to a number of major global airlines and retailers.

As an Information Security Manager, you will be working closely with the IT Director to implement, maintain and operate the ISMS (Information Security Management System) and developing the security first culture. The Information Security Manager will focus on policy implementation, user training, security awareness and auditing.

We are seeking an Information Security Manager who can showcase excellent documentation and risk management skills and encouraged to present new security risks to the board and ensure they are mitigated.

This role is offering between £50,000-60,000 + flexible/hybrid working and many other benefits

In return for:

• maintaining an ISO27001 information management system
• experience in assessing and managing information security risks
• of at least 3 years in an information security role
• ability to explain information risk and security issues in a manner that is easily understood
• of how to document our ISMS strategy in line with current best practices
• communicator working with board and senior management to implement strategies
