We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, playing a pivotal role in driving our IT recruitment initiatives.

Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in IT, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from client engagement to candidate placement.

Leveraging your expertise in IT recruitment, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and source, assess, and place high-caliber candidates to meet their staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and IT staffing needs.
  • Utilize your sales experience to generate new business opportunities, helping in business growth.

Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:

  • Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and attract top IT talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and technical evaluations, to ensure a strong match with client requirements.

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.

Market Research and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions within the IT sector.
  • Share insights with clients and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies that align with industry best practices.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction, to optimize recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • 1-11 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
  • Demonstrated success in placing candidates preferably within the IT sector.
  • In-depth understanding of the IT industry, including emerging technologies and skill sets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Ability to build healthy client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in Lead Generation / Business Development within the recruitment industry.
