To support the future growth ofthe airport, we are looking to recruit a Brand & Social Media Manager tohelp us secure a strong competitive position in LBA’s catchment through theownership, management and day-to-day delivery of LBA’s brand standards andsocial media execution across the entire business.

Snapshot of the role:

This is a brand new role withinour ambitious commercial team.

  • Own the LBA brand, ensuring that allconsumer-facing communication strictly adheres to the brand guidelines
  • Establish and own LBA’s tone of voice and visualidentity
  • Develop, own and continually improve LBA’s brandstandards document for the airport at a macro level as well as LBA’s with subproducts such as Car Parks, Lounges and Fast Track
  • Develop templates to govern the use of LBA’sbrand across all internal and external facing communications
  • Assist the wider business in execution of LBA’sbrand and ultimately act as gatekeeper in approving all use of LBA’s brand
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager in thedevelopment and creation of the annual marketing communications plan
  • Execute LBA’s marketing communications acrossall internal channels (social media, email), managing supporting agencyrelationships where necessary
  • Support the Marketing Manager in their executionof marketing communications across all external channels
  • Report on the results of all marketingexecutions, making adjustments as appropriate to future marketing plans
  • Support the Head of Marketing in the developmentof LBA’s marketing strategy
  • Increase top-of-mind awareness of LBA amongstconsumers in the catchment, to activate latency and reduce surface leakage
  • Aid the wider commercial team in the overarchingobjective of growing LBA’s total passenger numbers, and increasing bothaeronautical and non-aeronautical yields
  • What we are looking for:

    We are seeking adynamic individual with proven of hands-on experience in brand managementand/or social media management to join our team. The ideal candidate will havea proven track record in implementing successful brand strategies and socialmedia campaigns, demonstrating their ability to drive engagement and growth.Proficiency in managing various social media platforms, including Facebook,Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, is essential.

     Candidates should possess familiaritywith social media analytics tools and metrics to effectively measure campaignperformance.

     A BA/BSc level degree inMarketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field ispreferred, along with additional certifications in digital marketing or socialmedia management. Experience in the aviation or travel industry would beadvantageous.
