Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Lead Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer to join the Windsor/Strodes team on a term-time (working 41 weeks per year) with salary: Grade J £29,973.87 up to £32,451.98 (FTE £32,561 - £35,253) per annum.Lead Safeguarding and Wellbeing OfficerThis is an opportunity to act as one of a team of safeguarding and wellbeing leads for Windsor and Strodes College, providing support to the safeguarding team with all cases. You’ll be working with external agencies and attend meetings as required on behalf of the college to coordinate, and administrate for, services which underpin the wellbeing of students, particularly where the welfare or health of a student is a barrier to learning and achievement. Contributing to the operational coordination and administration of the student management procedures (behaviour management).We are looking for someone who:• Is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Safeguarding and Wellbeing• Is a skilled relationship builder who can liaise with internal and external parties• Is a meticulous record keeper and has a keen eye for detail and understanding of confidentialityFor further details on this role please refer to the attached job description/person specification.About UsThe Windsor Forest Colleges Group (TWFCG) is a leading education provider in the South-East.
