Position: Sr. Learning Consultant

As a member of the team, you will support our clients to use learning as a strategic lever. We achieve this by helping our clients Align, Create, Learn & Perform:

• Align their talent and learning function to the business strategy, defining the capabilities and skills needed to execute their strategy in the short and long term.
• Optimize their use of available learning technologies, processes and tools, which allow learning and talent teams to create and deliver programs and interventions at scale, build crucial skills and drive performance.
• Provide the building blocks of a learning culture, based on a deep understanding of employees’ needs, where team members can unlock their potential with meaningful learning experiences and growth opportunities.

When you become a member of the team, you will become a trusted advisor to our clients, bringing thought leadership, research and benchmarking, and strategic transformation advice covering the full spectrum of talent and learning. You will support clients from analysis and recommendation through to implementation, ensuring that you create lasting, positive impact on their business, leading to happier, safer, more inclusive, and more efficient work environments.

You will be responsible for

• Developing Data-Driven Insights : Collect and analyze data and translate insights into well-informed recommendations that strategically shape and support the client's business strategy.
• Solving Complex Problems: Address complex client business challenges that span process, people, and technology domains, fostering synergistic solutions that drive organizational success.
• Delivering Excellence: Consistently produce high-quality work while actively collaborating with peers to create and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Continuously manage and communicate with clients and stakeholders across various industries and teams whilst building relationships to instill a sense of assurance and trust in clients.
• Data-Analysis: Occasionally gather and interpret learning and financial data, integrating data-driven insights into proposed recommendations to fortify strategic suggestions to your clients.
• Bringing a Global Perspective: Employ a broad and diverse perspective to adeptly solve problems, integrating a global outlook to generate innovative solutions.
• Utilizing Industry Insights: Leverage your business, industry, and sector trend knowledge to advise on the potential impacts on a client's business trajectory.
• Driving Thought Leadership: Construct and contribute to pioneering thought leadership content through conducting research and sharing insights with our clients and the wider network.
• Providing Strategic Guidance: Analyze and synthesize information on business function and sector trends to provide strategic insights, guiding clients through dynamic landscapes and fostering sustainable growth.

What we ask of you

· Prior experience in consulting services strongly preferred.

· Strong expertise in performance analysis and learning evaluation and transformation.

· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects.

· Comfortable with navigating ambiguity.

· Available and open to travel when requested.

· Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

· Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
