Position Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering students with additional needs to conquer challenges and achieve their dreams.

This opportunity offers full-time hours, starting September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:Tailor support to meet the specific needs of students, offering both 1:1 assistance and group support.

Implement innovative intervention strategies to propel student progress and enhance learning outcomes.

Forge strong partnerships with educators and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.

Cultivate a culture of confidence and self-belief among students, inspiring them to reach their full potential.

Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in an educational setting, with a focus on supporting students with diverse needs.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with students and colleagues.

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic educational environment.

Possession of a valid DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or a willingness to obtain one.

Full-time availability and a commitment to at least 1-12 months of employment.

Ability to commute to Medway, Kent, on a daily basis.
