Lettings Negotiator in London

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced letting negotiators across our PCL offices. The successful candidates will be responsible for interacting with prospective tenants, closing viewings and negotiating lease agreements as well as assisting in growing the business.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Showing properties to prospective tenants
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating lease terms with tenants
• Preparing and processing lease agreements
• Generating new business

Person Specification:

• Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• Strong ability identify & follow up on new leads/business opportunities.
• Strong communication of negotiation skills
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid drivers licence and reliable transport
• Available to work Saturdays as necessary
