We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to help us serve our clients. Bring your training and attitude to help us deliver projects on-time, in budget and as instructed.What you’ll bring to the table:· Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.· BS7671 18th Edition Certification preferred.· C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing certification preferred.· Proven ability to work independently.· Handyman experience preferred.· Possess a valid clean UK driving licence.· ECS/CSCS Card certification preferred.· IPAF & BAND certifications preferred.· HVAC experience preferred.· Deliver outstanding results for scheduled PPM’s planned and reactive maintenance tasks.· Take on electrical installation works as needed.· Prioritse safety and quality in all your work.· Meet project deadlines and budgets.· Keep accurate records of completed tasks.· Participate in a weekly on-call rota (Monday to Monday) with a frequency of no more than once every four weeks.· Bring a passion for exceptional customer services.· Always represent the company professionally and courteously.· Flexibility, as some out-of-hours work may be necessary.In return, you’ll receive:· A salary package that reflects your skills and experience, within a range of £35,221.58 -£36,395.94. per annum.· An on-call payment of £75.00.· 22 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays increasing with service.· 360 Wellbeing (Store discounts, 24/7 Access to GP’s Mental Health & Career support after successful completion of your probationary period.· Refer a friend scheme.· A modern and equipped company vehicle for business use.· PDA for business use.· Uniform and PPE.· Monthly team toolbox talks with management, giving you the chance to share your thoughts, ideas and concerns.· Opportunities to give back to the community through fundraising.· Regular social events funded by the company, providing an opportunity to bond with your colleagues and have some fun outside of work.· Workplace pension contributions – 3% employer, 5% employee.· Enhance your skills with ongoing training and opportunities for career progression.Diversity and inclusion are highly valued.
