My Lancaster based client is a continually growing SME, operating in a niche and interesting sector. Due to a team restructure and ongoing growth, a new Management Accountant is required to join their finance team.
My client is welcoming applications from candidates requiring full or part time working arrangements, with a good degree of flexibility being offered around working hours and hybrid working.

Your New Role as Management Accountant:
Reporting to an experienced CFO, as Management Accountant, duties will include:
•Production of monthly management accounts and reporting packages to Senior Management and the Board
•Building and maintaining strong working relationships with various internal stakeholders to deliver financial insight to support decision making
•Preparation of the annual budget and rolling forecasts
•Provision of ad hoc analysis as required
•Support with the development of the ERP system (SAP Business by Design), and develop existing controls and procedures
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
To be considered you will be proven in a similar Management Accounting role. You will be analytically minded with good systems skills including Excel and knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential. You will be a strong communicator, comfortable delivering financial findings to various stakeholders within a business, building strong relationships. This is a varied role which will provide lots of opportunity to add value being a key player in driving continued business growth and success.
