Business Development & Marketing Manager 12 month FTC - Kingsley Napley LLP

Kingsley Napley (KN) is currently recruiting for a BD & Marketing Manager on a maternity contract to implement BD&M strategy across Dispute Resolution, Employment and Costs. With Dispute Resolution taking up around 80% of the workload.

This exciting and varied role will encompass the full mix of marketing & BD work; working directly with partners and fee-earners to produce content and collateral, pitches & presentations, organising events and sponsorships, managing (writing and overseeing) legal directory entries, arranging and maintaining key account processes and planning, budgeting and reporting.

We’re looking for someone who loves what they do! Someone who is diligent and hardworking and able to provide operational and strategic level support to senior stakeholders. Candidates must have experience with disputes & litigation – a broad scope and generalist exposure , as well as drafting and managing the legal directories process . We’re looking for someone proactive and organised who can be ‘two steps ahead’ of the clients they’re working with/ keeping work on track; and someone with excellent attention to detail who will ensure work is completed to the highest standard. We’re also looking for a ‘completer-finisher’ – someone who agrees appropriate time-lines, updates stakeholders and meets the deadlines they have agreed to. The successful candidate will also be overseeing and managing a BD Executive in the team, so supervisory and delegation experience is also essential.
