    About the role


    Due to our continued growth, we are looking to appoint a talented Marketing Executive to join our award-winning Midlands region.

    This exciting and varied role will see you working closely with our Regional Marketing Manager on a wide range of activities and campaigns.


    You’ll be based form our Regional Head Office in Bromsgrove and travel to developments throughout the Midlands.

    Your key duties include:


  • Coordinating online and offline marketing activities.
  • Preparing and developing regional brochures and support material.
  • Supporting the Sales Team with Lifestyle Events and Networking opportunities
  • Continually looking to improve promotional activity.
  • Creating new activity to maximise the effectiveness of the marketing function and ultimately, increasing visitor levels.
  • Working within set marketing budgets and timescales.
  • Supporting the Sales Team to drive enquiries and ultimately achieving the region’s targets and aspirations.
  • Hours of work are 9.

    00am to 5.

    30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.

    00 to 5.

    00pm on Friday.

    Some weekend work will be required in order to attend events, with time in lieu taken during the week.

    Travelling to our developments is a key part of the role.

    Therefore, a valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.


    About you

    We’re looking for a self-motivated, personable individual who enjoys working as part of a busy team.

    It’s important that you have proven Marketing experience including knowledge of direct mailing.

    The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards the CIM Qualification/a professional qualification in Marketing or a related subject.


    With a high volume of coordination between teams and responsibility for representing Churchill Retirement Living at external events, it’s important that you are a good communicator, personable and professional, with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.

    You will have the ability to successfully manage relationships with external providers, liaising closely with PR, advertising agencies and signage companies.


    It’s a busy role and you’ll be managing a range of large projects; the ability to influence is therefore key.

    With strict mailing deadlines and responsibility for regional reports, you’ll have good time management skills, be highly organised and have great attention to detail.


    You’ll have all round IT skills that include MS Office and experience of database management.


    A full clean driving licence is also essential.
