Key responsibilities

GuildIQ is looking for a driven Marketing Executive to create, run and optimize various marketing campaigns. This includes increasing brand awareness, brand consistency across platforms and driving qualified leads to deliver on business and sales targets.This is a great opportunity for a data-driven marketer to join the team, track results and provide a measurable impact on business performance.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have a track record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence comfortable with change and uncertainty. They will possess an ability to translate key value propositions into marketing campaigns and content that drives product demand across various channels including: web, email, social and partner channels. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years experience in a Marketing Executive role or equivalent
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s objectives, target the right audience, and position the brand effectively.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Creativity in generating fresh ideas for marketing campaigns, content, and strategies that engage the audience and stand out in the market.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance data to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC campaigns, is essential in today's digital-first marketplace.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills are vital for crafting compelling messages, presenting ideas, and collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception through execution and analysis, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: The marketing field is ever-evolving, so being adaptable and open to change is crucial for responding to new trends, technologies, and market shifts.
  • Customer-centric Mindset: Understanding customer needs and preferences to create targeted marketing strategies that resonate with the intended audience and foster loyalty.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems, to efficiently execute marketing campaigns.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, leveraging the strengths of team members and collaborating across departments to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Budget Management: Skills in managing budgets, allocating resources optimally, and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.
  • Content Creation and Management: Competency in creating and managing engaging and relevant content across various platforms to attract and retain customers.
